• Bertelin farmhouse cheese from Ellenhall near Eccleshall. The first batch of a brand new cheese will be launched at Eccleshall Farmers' Market on Saturday. A typical Staffordshire cheese, it is made from the milk of cows grazed on pasture fed by springs reputed to have healing properties dating back to the time of the Anglo-Saxon Saint Bertelin............contact John and Lucy Heath on 01785 850320 for enquiries.
