Free range poultry
Please download a copy of our rules, and our application form. You need to be from within 30 miles of Eccleshall, but the more local the better. You need to be registered as a food producer with your local council's EHO (Environmental Health Officer). You will need to have public liability insurance for your products/stall, which can often be obtained at a low cost from the NFU Mutual office in Stone (01785 817470), or your own broker. NFU Mutual also insures the market itself.

Please read our rules to see whether you qualify. Remember a farmers market is one where the producer or someone involved in the production mans the stall. It is not a wholesale market and produce made in factory style situations is contrary to the ethos of the market. For example, meat reared in intensive large scale operations would not be permitted.
